@Niquarl The irony is that #gnufm was already federated about a decade ago. That project is now archived, but one of the lead developers, @mattl here, is onto new, federated, ActivityPub-related things:

@bpepple I was one of the #GNUFM developers back in the day. Lost touch with the project though. The new replacement looks interesting though.

So... It looks like #GnuFM has been moth-balled, and the authors seem to be starting a new project that apparently will be #federated (tho it's tough to tell exactly since there is only a minimal README right now).
