Im Podcast direkt nach dem Film spreche ich mit @dreamXcountry über die nackte Bardot (das Aufzählen der Körperteile!), wie wichtig 1963 die Diskussion über die Rolle und Unabhängigkeit der Frau und die Rolle und Unabhängigkeit der Kunst war, über Odysseus-Interpretationen, Fritz Lang, Ehebruch bei den Franzosen und die Neugier auf weitere Nouvelle Vague-Filme.

Leider hatte ich bislang nie einen Zugang zu #Godard gefunden. Aber „Zwei oder drei Dinge, die ich von ihr weiß“ macht es jeden, der offen für neue Perspektiven ist und gern Sehgewohnheiten bricht, zum Glück leicht. Eine Entdeckung in der Mediathek von @arte!

🎬 Saw #Godard remembered at #TheOscars and have a "Godard & Me" story to share.
▶️ Spring, 1985, I took this shot at the #NuArt #LA.
I tracked the director down in Paris (with help from a bestie at Columbia) and sent him a C-print of the image about 1988. Months later I got an obviously-from-Europe-size brown envelope. The director sent me a #Polaroid of the framed image in his home with a note card. Both lost.
