It started on Friday, when I saw God Forbid at the Starland Ballroom and both me and my brother felt like venue was backwards from the last time time we'd been there. Like something flipped it over.

For the rest of the weekend, everything had a sour whiff of being not quite right. Like Deja Vu, but wrong.

That sounds like the start of a William Burroughs or Philip K Dick novel... God Forbid killed it, though. Great show.

Finished watching #godforbid ... it's really funny watching Falwell try to throw his wife under the bus when she Facetime'd her sex partner naked and Jerry's appeared in the background of the video.

Has anyone seen #GodForbid on #hulu yet??! Oh my goodness it's so gripping! Giancarlo Granda is so incredibly brave and strong.

And yet I was horrified at how the evangelical "Christian" movement is all about power at all costs. I'm #buddhist so I checked out of Christianity a long time ago, but watching this makes me even more glad of my non-Christian identity.
