A few years ago I invested in a Godox TT685s flash unit, a TT350s flash unit and X1Ts transmitter for my Sony A7III camera. Despite their potential, I rarely use them, leading to some forgetfulness about configuring their wireless transmitters. A helpful YouTube video brought back memories of the necessary settings.
I also remembered there was an irritating issue about them, but I couldn’t quite recall what it was. All in my blog post!

Should we start a website with repair and modding resources for studio flash equipment?
I read so often that people throw their stuff away just bc it was fallen down or other simple repairable stuff or they have older flashes, and they stopped working. This all should be easy repairs - but people don't even think about this possibility.
Something like #ifixit for Light equipment.

RIP Cactus Image. They've been gone since the end of 2020 but I still miss their great products. They opened up a whole new world of #photography for me, and I wouldn't be where I am in my career right now without their V6 transceivers and RF60 flashes.
I've had to switch to #Godox as all my Cactus gear is starting to fail after many years of hard work, but Godox stuff isn't nearly as reliable.

Looking at photos from last year vs today and it's clear I was ignoring how my flash has died. So I bought 2 new #godox flashes since I'm starting to get more paying gigs and tested them at home. I think we're going to get some clarity again
