And just a small reminder: #Grades (in contrast to #assessments ) are unreliable, misleading and hinder actual #learning - on every educational level.

@mszwiebel: i know that total freedom isn't for everyone but i feel like the way the education system is setup is abelist, racist, founded on distrust and stuck in the 90s withou a internet connection. With so much good education online the role of local lecturers changes a lot. I wish we would allow for individual learning styles and focus on guidance not on grading. #goinggradeless #gradeless #education
