Castrovel, like #Golarion is infamous for its portals: those that both the #Lashunta and #Elves use to span the world with their travels, and those unknown, awaiting an unsuspecting explorer to step through, which is rather how Lady Vaeol met Brand and his company of mercenary misfits. The only question is how these worldgates first came to be. Who made them, and for what purpose?

One of the challenges with writing of alien worlds, but which also makes it interesting, is to keep in mind how the planet of #Castrovel looks different from both #Golarion and our own. Imagin if you will that in this picture not only the blossoms are lavendar, but the leaves' bottom side are as well.
