Everyone knows David did, but depending what Bible version you read, 2 Samuel 21:19 may tell you that some guy named Elhanan did too.
Of course, maybe there were two Goliaths in Gath.
Or this is a pretty clear example of textual corruption that I just stumbled across today.
This isn't a variation among witnesses to 2 Samuel, but the parallel text in 1 Chronicles 20:5 is different in a few very significant letters.

Very impressed with this.
1️⃣ Two of my absolute favourite shows are #Bosch from #MichaelConnelly and #Goliath from #DavidEKelley. And here's a brand new show with both of their names in the credits! (The books are by Connelly, the show is by Kelley.)
2️⃣ While this doesn't seem to be quite as sharp as those two shows, yet, their D.N.A. is definitely in it. (Particularly Goliath's.) That's more than enough to get me on board.

As with many ports handling the largest ships, Felixstowe has what are called berth pockets, where the deepest draughted vessels can float safely during a full range of tides.

WATCH: Dipping Deep - Backhoe Dredger Goliath working at the Channel edge, 6 July 2023.
At present, the backhoe dredger is working removing strips along the edges of the main deep-water channel in Harwich Harbour.
In the coming weeks, she'll be transferring her attention to the berth pockets at berths 8 and 9, which are due to be dredged to 18 metres to accomodate the next generation of deeper vessels.
