I knew that Cliff Edwards had been cast in "Gone with the Wind", but as the final cut only features his off-screen voice I'd naturally not seen him in it. Never thought to check Wikipedia! This photo shows him—just about—playing a wounded soldier.

I think the same thing about #GoneWithTheWind, a film which (unlike 300) I DIDN'T enjoy: my lack of enjoyment was not directly linked to my finding its values abhorrent.

The enslaved people's cheering on the confederate army was particularly sick making.
