For me the most frightening aspect of this venture by the self-parodying Gregg Wallace into new territory (namely satire) was the nagging thought - could these blind tasting sessions at Borough Market possibly involve actual members of the public?

Obviously not, one imagines but... even entertaining the doubt such a fundamental social taboo might so easily be broken gives me the willies.
