Well, #dryJanuary is done for me. I approached it as an experiment, not a #resolution. I went 'dry' for two weeks, then had a glass of wine a couple days. My improved sleep held. Dry again, then tried a whiskey early, while cooking dinner. I did that twice. Both nights, I awoke at 3am, brain #runningWild.
My goal was a #goodNightOfSleep. The 2 of 30 that failed were whiskey nights.
Not much science, statistically, but enough for a working premise.
