I have been wanting to play this for some time, but I refuse to buy anything with Denuvo.

Gabriel Knight 2 ist so furchtbar cheesy. Die Schauspieler*innen so unbeholfen. Die Dialoge hart peinlich.
Und dennoch spiele ich das seit mehreren Stunden mit wachsender Begeisterung. Hier redet Gabriel mit Baron von Glower, der so einen Mix aus Werwolf-Blabla mit einem vulgären Verständnis von Nietzsche mischt. Ja. So wie Gabriel hab ich da auch geschaut.

I just spent three hours playing #GoodOldGames Darkstar One on my #SteamDeck. A game that doesn't have any gamepad support and was really hard to run on anything past Windows XP. This device is a godsend! 🤩

Whoop whoop. Im allgemeinen Rabattwahn muss man schon manchmal etwas genauer hinschauen.

Eins meiner liebsten Games aller Zeiten -> "Day of the Tentacle" ist grad in einer regemasterten Version für 3,79 € auf GOG zu haben.

Wer sich jetzt zu Recht bei dem Wort "Remaster" gruselt, dem sei gesagt, dass hier (fast) alles richtig gemacht wurde. Das zeigt Liebe zum Werk.

Und für die Nostalgiker und Puristen ist zumindest die Original Grafik per Tastendruck aufrufbar.

Getting really into the pure joy of #RetroGaming. Just spend 5 hours playing and completing Serious Sam. A game I missed back in good old days. Smiled all the way through. Now the hard part I to choose the next game to play - realising just how many super great games I missed out on makes med sad - but the happy as I get to play them now, and the prices on GOG i next to nothing. Word of Warning: Relicta free trial wrecked six-month-old nVidia RTX2060

... appears to have instantly wrecked my six-month-old nVidia RTX2060 graphics card upon launch. It took me three tries just to successfully perform a clean reinstall of the nVidia driver, and the nVidia driver cannot initialize the card. The card is not functioning correctly, functioning only in 800x600 limp-home mode, and DxDiag reports it as having 0 VRAM.
