1/ There's a real niche for apps or tools that do a good job of suggesting #news stories that match our interests.

I have experience with three that do a terrible job: #GoogleNews, #GoogleDiscover, and the #Twitter algorithm. All three give us options to say "more like this" or "less like this" for each story. All three of them systematically ignore my "less like this" feedback.

Don't know if that is just me but #GoogleDiscover is like black magic for me. There are days when you performing well and suddenly quiet. After bouncing back another day of the quiet period to skyrocket again. The only thing that we concentrate on is #content and publishing on regular basis (in that case at least once a week). Unsure for how long it will last, but, after so much time, I don't get what in influence #discover.

Every so often, #GoogleDiscover goes on a wild one and thinks I'm so interested in a particular subject that half of the feed is clogged with it. Mostly from the same source.
Last week, it was the bios of various performers (age, height, weight, net worth). And now it's every article #TheIndependent has published on #cancer that was masquerading as something else, or was found a little too late. Skin cancer, throat cancer, tongue cancer, bowel cancer.

Are you also feel that monthly emails about click from #GoogleSearch are a bit of nonsense when they don't include what you gaining from #GoogleDiscover ?
