Google Reminders are being sunset and users are getting transitioned to Google Tasks. (Neither have been great, but between my phone and Google Home, I rely on reminders too much.)

Igual en esta instancia la gente no es una loca de la #productividad y no le interesan estos temas, pero voy a probar.

Acabo de leer esta publicación https://www.xataka.com/servicios/llevo-anos-probando-todas-apps-productividad-posibles-ha-sido-busqueda-muy-improductiva vía @xataka y quería comentarla un poco.

Confieso que he tenido mi intento en el pasado de hacer todo super cuadrado y con una metodología muy marcada, pero me duró poco. Requería un esfuerzo que mi mente no estaba dispuesto a hacer (soy muy de procrastinar). Con el tiempo he ido dejando el tema y actualmente utilizo el siguiente sistema:

#GoogleTasks para tareas recurrentes (regar las plantas) o avisos junto con el calendario para cosas que tenga que hacer en determinada fecha (gestionar algo con una fecha tope).

#Telegram para escribir una nota rápida (a modo de bandeja de entrada sin categorizar) para luego pasarla a donde corresponda.

#Notion para cosas que requieran un formato o análisis concreto (sinceramente cada vez tengo menos cosas así, y solo miro un par de notas de manera recurrente). Eso sí, una app muy bonita xD

#ObsidianMD para conceptos que requieran relaciones entre ellos, a modo de mapa mental. Esta última la uso tanto a nivel personal como en el trabajo, para tomar notas y sobre cómo están ciertas ideas enlazadas (uso una modalidad de #zettelkasten

Esta última me parece super potente, pero a la vez menos accesible para gente no versada en informática (lo cual es una pena).

Ya me comentaréis qué usáis vosotros/as, lo mismo descubro algo nuevo en lo que volcarme (justo lo que critica la publicación que enlazo 😂 )

I've been a hard core user of #MicrosoftToDo at work, and #GoogleTasks personally, but I'm moving across to #Obsidian for work of late.

It's a great tool, but it's so easy to get caught up in fiddling with things; my #adhd and #Melancholy nature at work for sure.

I've been in an unproductive slump lately, so it's helping me to empty my head to get clarity.

1. Enable to snooze tasks (in Gmail sidebar, in Calendar and Tasks app)
2. Make all task fields editable in Calendar
3. Move future tasks that I mark complete to the current date/time
