Response from when I contacted them at the Other Place is, contact customer services. But their CS department is only open during US office hours. Not much help to those elsewhere in the world, is it? There's no webform to submit a query, no email address - it's just closed.

I'm really at the point where I am going right off GoPro. I don't mind their regular cameras, but the 360 camera, not so much. If I could afford to replace it, I'd be getting rid of it.
