I don't know how it works when a judge with no medical training decides he knows better than the FDA, the voluminous drug trials, peer-reviewed research, & 20 years of medical usage that proves a drug is safer and more effective than, say, Viagra. Couldn't, I don't know... couldn't the FDA just re-approve the drug after a quick review of its efficacy?
