So, I watch a lot of #SEVENTEEN #GoSe and their variety content. And I joke that bc of that, seeing their MVs and stages surprise me, bc I’m used to the chaos gremlins they can be.

Except, this time, I feel like if I *didn’t* watch all that, I would never have been prepared for Fighting by #BSS

It’s like #Seungkwan, #DK, and #Hoshi distilled their chaotic energy, and made it into an incredibly fun debut release. 10/10 no notes.

Day 15 of #cccraftvent from Craft Central and we have a mixed berry Gose, one of my fave beer styles. I'm thrilled to bits. Sour, fruity, lil salty. Delish from Friends Company Brewing out of Sweden.

Long day. Doggy needed a vet checkup and afterwards we visited the Southern Yankee Crafthouse in Houston. Had an excellent pear and bleu cheese pizza and a tangerine gose on the patio. Really liked the gose and the pizza was wonderful. Still sad that the Hay Merchant closed, but happy to support other craft brew houses and gastropubs.

Today is International Happy Gose Day. This traditional craft beer has been brewed for centuries in my home region and is a little special, I have to admit. As salt and coriander are added to the usual beer ingredients, as well. When we drink Gose here in Leipzig, we don't say "Prost" but "Goseanna" 🍻🍻
