@gfeinholtz Three separate but equal branches means that two branches can gang up on the third. In this case, a dysfunctional Congress is enabling SCOTUS to walk all over past decisions and the administration is really powerless to do anything about it. Any court reform will take the action of Congress and the administration working together.
