@capntransit Yeah I actually read that StreetsBlogNYC article and adding that to all the complaints about the Queens Borough Hall Municipal Garage. Hmm. Now thinking of a way to FOIL for government parking expenses.

@capntransit I think the reason for that garage is the same reason FIDI can't be pedestrianized. Government parking. Parking at that garage is too expensive for locals so its totally supported by the NYC government.
