#GovernorHochul has expanded the state of emergency to include #OntarioCounty as heavy flooding has impacts the #Canandaigua area.

Both Ontario & #OrangeCounty are now under the declared emergency. A shelter has been opened at Canandaigua Town Hall.

It's not often that I disagree with #GovernorHochul but I'm surprised that she was so stubborn on this. Did she not learn from the redistricting debacle this past summer that appointing conservative justices does not work out in the best interest of a state that is bluer than the sky?
