At 265 metres long and 60 metres wide, it’s the size of two soccer fields. The roof is held up by 580 thin mountain ash poles, reaching a height of 19 metres.

I got out for a #walk yesterday in the sunshine and I forgot to share the view from Hilltop at the top of the land. The photo shows blue sky, snow covered foreground, and mountains in the distance covered in snow and cloud. Ben Rinnes is in the centre distance and is our closest Corbett mountain.

There was talk of reintroducing dingoes to the #grampians #gariwerd a year or two back. The response from the public was much like the response from the ranchers to the jaguar reintroduction at the end of the article.
With the amount of feral cats, foxes, rabbits, hares etc in this part of the world that are decimating native species you’d hope people would’ve supported it. Sadly not though
