“The crisis consists precisely in the fact that the old is dying and the new cannot be born; in this interregnum a great variety of morbid symptoms appear.”

Ascoltavo il podcast #Globo. Una puntata interessante precedente alle elezioni in #Spagna. Lateralmente viene citato #Gramsci, e così, #MLOL alla mano eccomi a leggere "Sul fascismo".

È incredibile quanto sia attuale. A volte basta immaginare un nome moderno per avere una storia completamente plausibile anche oggi.

One issue I have with the way my society (capitalist, settler-colonialist, patriarchal, etc.) is structured is just how deeply #inhumane and #inhuman it is. The #culturalhegemony that serves the ruling/owning class, wherein one’s value is reduced to one’s productivity, is contrary to healthy human development, and is a stark denial of so much of human history - actively inhuman & inhumane. We need to rebuild better/more human #socialstructures.
