Finished! A lovely granny square blanket for a kid. Each square is a mixture of green, orange, red, yellow, brown, burnt sienna, joined together with a light tan color yarn. Size is equal to a toddler bed mattress topper.

Finished small blanket. Not sure I like the color of the edging. I may switch to a blue or green. What do you guys think? New color or leave it and continue process of making blanket/toy plush sets? I am working on making a bunch for a Late Spring sale.

Of course Iza wanted a granny square shirt as well after I crocheted one for Doris. So I made one for him. With beautiful soft organic cotton, he picked the colours himself. It is reversible from front to back.

I wanted to share these bags I #crocheted this week:
I spotted a picture of a similar one on Pinterest and wanted to try and make one, so I found a #grannysquare pattern I liked, changed it to suit me and got cracking - that was the green moons one.
Both of the bags are lined with cotton material that was left over from another project, and I've put in metal clips to attach the strap to. There are magnet closures on the inside and a button to hold down the flap.

I need a new coat so I thought I would make some granny squares and see what comes out of it. #crochet #GrannySquare

#fiberuary group project: a yarn bomb created, assembled, and installed by Hayward Public Library’s knitting circle, Sticks & String, while we were still meeting online. It’s been up for about 18 months, and with all the recent rain is finally starting to look shabby, so it’ll be coming down soon. I would totally do this again.
