For example I feel like I'm not doing my job correctly whenever someone from work asks me to make something for TikTok, because I don't have an account there and I really don't want to have an account there. My mental state has been rocky lately and I'm trying to keep up and be professional, but I don't want go on TikTok or Instagram and because of that, I'm not updated with trends. Is there a way to approach this?

I see an incredible amount of artistic talent being poured into bad ideas.
I see #graphicdesigners burning out because the decision-makers are unwilling to reimagine ways of communicating.

This #design took me about 4-5 mins to complete.
But before there were computers & softwares that allowed #desktoppublishing, this would’ve taken half a day on a drafting board, using paper grids, Xacto knives, rulers, & lots of paper cutting & trimming.
Since the mid-1990s, #graphicdesigners began to take their work wherever they go. By the mid-2000s, almost anyone can work anywhere they want.
Thinking back to my early yrs of #graphicdesign, I’m grateful to have this technological luxury.
