Yesterday's excellent closing keynote by Johanna Drucker on 'Modeling Temporality; visualising chronologies & graphic modeling as knowledge production' made me think of synchronicity in my own research. From where I stand in time, things in the past happened at the same time - like anti-Jewish measures and events in music life - but for the people who lived these experiences this may or may not be the same.
