Taking a moment to share a piece of my Dad's #artwork here in #kincardine. I had no idea he had this ability until a few years ago. He turns 80 next July.
He's always been a hero of mine. I'm incredibly lucky to have him. He adopted me at 8 weeks old and NEVER turned his back on me. He is truly an angel.

this is both descriptive and prescriptive.
a characteristic of open heart is that it is naturally quite free and grateful.
however, gratitude may or may not be something we automatically feel - and that’s okay! BUT it is something we can practice.
