Yummie Moussaka #vegan, #glutenfree, pretty fast and simply prepared in the #AirFryer. Bestes #Gratin ever!
#Schalotten #Knoblauch anbraten, mit dünn gehobelten #Kartoffeln #Kokoscreme #Limettensaft SalzPfeffer vermengen und in eine Auflaufform schichten. Folie drauf + ab in den Ofen.
Rote #Chili Knoblauch #Ingwer #Frühlingszwiebeln in Scheiben/Streifen schneiden, frittieren + aus dem Öl fischen.
Nach der halben Backzeit Folie vom Gratin nehmen + mit dem Öl begießen.
Mit den frittierten Sachen und Limettenabrieb servieren.

Dans un plat à #gratin tu mets les blettes, les oignons, tu couvres avec l'appareil, tu rajoutes dans le mélange la quantité fromage râpé qui te va bien et tu peux en mettre sur le dessus aussi.
Tu fais cuire au four jusqu'à ce que le #flan soit pris.
Et roule.

Bats tes oeufs avec de la crème fraîche et du lait, comme pour un appareil à quiche.
Dans un plat à #gratin mélange le riz, le fromage de brebis émietté, les blettes, l'appareil œufs/crème/lait.
Couvre de fromage râpé
