32 minutes of joy.
In 1971, Randy Newman did three nights at The Bitter End in Greenwich Village.
These were recorded, and from those recordings, a 30 minute promotional LP for distribution to radio stations was produced.
Eventually, it was released as Newman's third album
There's songs from his first two albums, a couple of songs other people recorded and a couple of songs that would be released on Sail Away.
One of the very greatest songwriters.

Backbeat's a little different, and about 40 years later, but I appreciate another Curtis...
#CurtisHarding has the same ability to hit the falsetto notes and just lays down an infectious groove... Another #GreatAlbum ! 🙂
