Two weeks after my pulled calf muscle tried running again 🏃🏻‍♂️guess I know what category injury it is as only managed 100m before I had to stop! Looks like the full 8weeks recovery for me and no Great Birmingham Run for me 🙁. The worst of it is I didn’t injure it doing sport but a wise person pointed out at my age my muscles don’t know if it’s exercise or normal life they still require a warm up & every year makes it more important.
