Starting to get busy out and about. Its Great North Run day, the starting point is pretty close to my house and there are a few hotels near where I live, that runners from outside the area will be staying in, so already seeing people heading to the race start as I came back from a swim. #GreatNorthRun

Taking in much carbs and getting an early night ahead of (likely my last) #GreatNorthRun tomorrow. 🏃🏻

Tomorrow is the Great North Run, and Caroline Quibell will be tackling it with her new hip in memory of her late husband. She and her eldest son are raising money for My Name's Doddie Foundation which funds research into MND/ALS.

Officially in the #greatnorthrun again, 10th September. It’s not a scenic route once you leave Newcastle until you get onto the final mile at South Shields. But it’s probably the biggest run I’ll ever do and the support is great throughout.
