Sometimes AI best speaks to AI.

For these "Indian Buffalo Hunt" images, I asked ChatpGPT-4 to write a text prompt for Midjourney V4.

My own prompts were not getting the point across to Midjourney -- the Indians were always riding the buffalo, not hunting them -- and, it appears, that the ChatGPT-4 prompt worked!

Dozens of #bison from a mountain park outside #Denver were transferred Wednesday to several #tribes from across the #GreatPlains , in the latest example of #NativeAmericans #reclaiming #stewardship over #animals their #ancestors lived alongside for millennia.

Following #ceremonial drumming and singing and an #acknowledgement of the tribes that once occupied the surrounding landscape, the bison were loaded onto trucks for #relocation to #TribalLands .

Yo to boosters and favoriters, thank you so much. This issue is so close to my heart, for reasons I barely understand. The #dustbowl was such a great #AmericanTragedy, but it got subsumed into #WoodyGuthrie nostalgia and folklore, and the real lesson has not been absorbed. Having put the #GreatPlains into cultivation, we must find a way to maintain them that way forever, or harvest a rain of dirt.
