The common denominator neither the Alberta premier, or Newfoundland and Labrador premier, counted on was Chrystia Freeland being appointed minister of finance.

Her views seem to be more aligned with Trudeau’s. In his pre-election promises, many of them included a greener economy, with a reduction in emissions and pollution. — stevemaclellan.com/the-restart
