Baked desserts today. Made a #pecanpie and a #nestlestollhousepie. Bought the #pumpkinpie. Jim premade the #greenbeancasserole. I used store bought pie crusts because I’m afraid to make them!!

The key to great #GreenBeanCasserole (per the French's recipe) is getting French style green beans in the can (3 cans) and pre-boiling them for 10-15 minutes before draining and putting in the recipe. Also, double the recommended black pepper and put extra fried onions on top.

Thanksgiving is exhausting. 😂 Yesterday, I made homemade cranberry sauce and bought mashed potatoes. Today, I prepared a large relish tray with radish roses and I will make candied yams. Tomorrow, pumpkin pie bars and green bean casserole. Thanksgiving day will be drumsticks in the crockpot and Stovetop stuffing.
