I wanted to transfer my website to a WordPress interface being hosted by #GreenGeeks, who said they offer one account migration for new users.

I requested the migration, and they wrote back asking for more information.

I gave them the information, and they gave me instructions on how to access my cPanel, which I didn't ask for.

I told them I don't know how to use FTP, so they sent me a guide.

I've submitted a second migration request, after which I'll demand a refund and go back to WP.
