I've seen the various guides to getting a green tick in your profile to "verify" your ID (really just verifying that the owner of another website also owns a profile on Mastodon but that's as good as it gets).

But it never seemed explained clearly enough for idiots like me who are trying to link to a Wordpress blog.

Also took the time to update my #KeyOxide proof list with a #GitHub proof, and personal #DNS which was a slightly different syntax to achieve:
