Got my uni transcript today. I've been internet-aging myself by one extra year, oops. my first "social media" excursion was Jan 1991, not 1990 like I had stated (from memory). Oh well. Doing the math, the claim of "in dog years, I've been here since the War of 1812" actually still holds (7 dog-years per year * 32, rather than 33? 😂 ).

I’m not saying I don’t want to believe this latest research on what makes hair turn grey…but I know that I have literally felt it happening and stress hormones have to be involved in there somewhere.

In my late 20’s I could feel it happen every time I drove on the M25 and since having twins…well every bedtime.

Nothing wrong with grey hair (gray hair) at all, I personally prefer to only have a little on the sides but full color hair on the rest of my head and facial hair (when I wear it.) I've tried everything and really only two things worked well for me, essential oils rubbed into the hair shaft and a catalase prohibitor herb called Fo-Ti (or a blend with horsetail, catalase and biotin. Black seed oil is also helpful if you take it regularly. I also use organic essential oils topically instead of any gel or spray and it works great in getting rid of 80-90% of the gray hair naturally.

New glasses!
These are my new multifocals, but after further consultation with the optometrist, I’m changing these lenses for an upgraded material and a slight grey tint, so the glare of absolutely everything doesn’t bother me so much.

I’m hoping this might let me drive at night, but at the least, it will make venturing out to necessary appointments easier.
