I had to learn how to #greyrock and recognize #hoovering and learn to let go of #rumination. I am glad you are using your creativity to process trauma.

@Albertone #MentalHealthMatters Toxic judgment & shaming is surely the root of much evil & the cause of so much unnecessary & preventable mental health suffering. I commit happily to not judging others & would hope for the same in return but it is not going to happen any time soon. That's our collective injustice & those who judge deserve only our #GreyRock selves.
