I personally believe in the afterlife, and there is no definitive proof as to what happens once you die, so to me it feels like seeing someone new would be betraying him - and he'd know I was cheating on him. I'm really isolated, and just want to be loved. What would best suit my needs is a qpr, but finding that is hard. Has anyone else been in this position?

Started writing a letter to her, and realized I blame myself for her progressive illness and ultimate death. Finished the letter with an apology, cried some more, and messaged my therapist. It's painful to sift through all of these emotions, but a step is a step, and I'm grateful for each one.
Getting lost in Paldea's zero stakes reality has been a gasp of precious air this week.
