@vfrmedia @NerdRage42 @JamesDBartlett3 I tried #grocy once but inventory of my existing stock was too much and it wasn't working for me
@ssamulczyk exciting! I'd look into #tandoor to track recipes and #grocy if u want to get really into tracking what's in your fridge. second the nextcloud rec, and #traefik if you want to start making things accessible from outside your local network. #mopidy for djing the house although I run that directly on the pi without docker. have fun!

So the #grocy app can be useful, but after a month of frantically keeping track of all the groceries and food we buy and consume I've had a bit enough... I felt myself carrying my phone around much more than usual. And after a couple of days of missing out on tracking and registering, it kinda lost its point. Nevertheless, it's a great application; just not something I am able to keeping spending my time on.
@deafferret @nicknisi I use #OurGroceries app that syncs across devices and desktop. But a self-hosted option is possibly #Grocy
I just started to use #Grocy hosted on my #HomeAssistant server. Cool stuff.
Tre app Linux molto interessanti:
#Logseq, #Upscayl e #Grocy.

@ricard The install went fine and it ran on the Raspberry Pi - but when I ran #Yunohost 's "Diagnosis" tool, it alerted me that the system was very much low on memory. So since I really rely on the other apps on the Pi (#NextCloud, #Grocy, #Syncthing), I decided I won't be using #Pleroma right now. I still would consider it later if the need is there.

@johanbove too true! I did a video about #grocy at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMpui1hw-gM and it has been pretty popular. As I said there you do not have to use everything as even parts of it are really useful.
So #grocy is a cool project for keeping track of food and a small family household. Runs fine on #yunohost and #raspberrypi
It takes a bit of work setting things up, the install is easy, it's the configuration and adding goods that takes some effort. But once you did, it is pretty cool. Not perfect, some bugs, but very near to it.

Wie kann man denn Akkus am besten beschriften, um sie in #Grocy zu verwalten.
Aufkleber fallen weg, weil sie dann ggfs. nicht mehr in alle Geräte passen.
Jemand eine Idee?
