Just got back from my ride, out for about 4 hours and about 80 miles. Took in a fantastic coffee shop and a beautiful 12th century church

Rode with a trusted friend that helped me enormously find my confidence again. Usual dickheads trying to kill us, but we vanished down some tiny, forgotten roads into the marsh and rode in peace.

I got abandoned at one point where my buddy nicked the grom 😁

I have been totally smitten with my #grom, so much so the OTHER brand new I have had been ignored, despite just having it's first service and a new front sprocket (up a tooth to lower the gears)

So out of guilt I took the neglected ol' girl out, and was reminded why it's such a great bike to ride in about 3 minutes.

Cruelly, my brain decided to have a full blown migraine at 3am this morning with a full compliment of symptoms. (Sufferers will know what I'm talking about) I'm just coming back to life.

So no #grom riding today.

#migraines are pure evil, been a sufferer since I was a child, no triggers found.

Ok so an hour or so shakedown ride and apart from a clutch cable adjustment and a loose mirror, we are golden.

What a huge ton of fun this bike is!!

The full fingers brake lever on my Honda Grom wasn't feeling correct. I was about to order an adjustable 2-finger lever, but first looked into my moto parts drawer. I found an unused 2-finger lever for Suzuki DRZ400. It fit perfectly, same dimensions and is more adjustable \o/ :)

Q. Do all Japanese bikes use the same levers??

@Valheru lovely bike but too big for me (I'm still in CBT land) This little guy is my second (third?) Bike for hoots, hooliganism and marsh road hilarity

(And I kind of have my heart set on the #grom it's like the modern day version of the #cub , but with a neon pink Mohican hairdo.)

Once I get my license (properly this time) the end game is a BMW GS 850, I doubt if the atx will be around by then but my lil grom will be 😁
