With Feilner IT, after many years of PHP rage, in 2022 I moved from #Nextcloud Decks to #Kanboard, I moved from Nextcloud News to Tiny Tiny RSS, the Nextcloud calendar is moving to #grommunio and currently file services are done by #ownloud. I moved from standard media Wiki to #bluespice, even for Notes I think evernote works better, but I'm looking for OSS evernote alternatives.
So: If you're happy with NOT having best-of-breed, then the #nextcloud post is correct, but I want better quality. 2/

@LN too bad! I don't have any real experience with it. But #grommunio is (or was) on my #opensource #exchange alternative list. Did you evaluate vs #kopano or any other #oss product?

Has anyone here experience with Grommunio? We are on the enterprise repositories, pay for support and are completely disappointed. The last update made crash the server repeatedly (like every 15-30 minutes).

Are there other companies out there having these issues? Sadly, the last outtage drove the final nail into the coffin - we will no longer rely on grommunio as our groupware solution...

A separate Roundcube instance is a must-have, I guess, but your mileage may vary. Many people out there still use the illegal stuff from #Microsoft. Others take #grommunio to connect their outlook. I've heard. :-)
