Quite right. In #Australia #COVID19 is being used in a #disasterCapitalism fashion. Shops forced into buying #perspexDividers that people simply walk around to speak. Unpopular highrise #bailOuts for use as #hotelQuarantine (read: #abitraryDetention), complete with #airLocks between rooms (#goldPlating). Apps (#COVIDSafe) that few wanted etc. We've done fine without this. We don't need it.
But COVID is a ripe #GrowthIndustry for "#safety".

Although we think disease prevention is important, its disturbing that the #corporateState is exercising overreach at every opportunity.
Definately has a #growthIndustry and #disasterCapitalism aspect to it. So we know why they are pushing it.
The simple measures like handwashing, masks in crowded indoor spaces, distancing, workFromHome, good hygiene etc ought be enough, and shouldn't require any new laws.
