I *want* #solar & if we can afford them, we'll get them but there is a ~1500-mi move later this year.

I just looked at my spreadsheet. Previous owners used 140 kWh/day in Dec 2005. In Dec 06, we used 63 kWh/day. In Dec 07, post #GSHP, it was down to 27. I don't have degree days, so that might have been a factor, but Dec is never our big month - it's Jan. But post GSHP, the average Jan (since 08) is ~30/day.

It's about the load, not the generation!
