What's probably not included is Snapseed'ish stuff such as perspective correction and vignetting. In the browser, pixlr.com might be a thing worth trying. Or (well...) #gimp. This can do everything on your list - if you dare to dive through it. 🙂

Bildteile unscharf machen – habe ich noch nirgends gefunden, selbst in den "großen" Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen nicht, die dafür sowieso überdimensioniert sind. #gThumb oder #nomacs bieten dergleichen nicht.

Of course using a file manager and the above is irrelevant as nothing happened. GThumb just threw it's rattle out of the pram for some reason?
