#Firefox (nightly) just got rounded bottom corners \o/
The border radius comes from the #gtk3 theme and can be overwritten by e.g. the #libadwaita FF theme.

AFAIK there is only the #GStreamer #GTK3 gtkwaylandsink targeting embedded devices (which otherwise couldn't play video smoothly). Having proper support in #GTK4 / gtk4paintablesink and thus having multimedia apps just automatically offload video to subsurfaces where appropriate is what I hope to see in the future.

GIMP 2.99.16 now considers the GTK+3 toolkit port to be officially complete. There still are a few issues being dealt with while overall the #GTK3 port is considered to be now completed. It also brings action search improvements, GUI integration with GEGL operations, improved text tool, continued work around color correctness, Adobe PSD improvements, initial CMYK(A) export support for JPEG-XL, plug-in enhancements, and much more

Not sure about the latter requirements, but there is #GnomeBuilder https://apps.gnome.org/app/org.gnome.Builder/ the one on #GTK3 is the most feature-complete and reliable, but there is an overhaul in development based on #GTK4 I used is my default editor for over a year and liked it, but I'm stuck in my ways with #Spacemacs so I switched back eventually. #Editor #IDE

The long-awaited #GIMP 3.0 release with a UI overhaul, #GTK3 porting and a host of other changes could finally be coming this year. GIMP developer Jehan Pagès has published the project's 2022 annual report and plans to release GIMP 3.0.0 in 2023 or at least the first release candidates.
