The end of drinking water in Uruguay?

I'm Azul Cardozo, a Latin American lawyer campaigning for a #PlantBasedTreaty. Here in #Uruguay, we are grappling with a severe drought linked to the #ClimateCrisis, and I fear this could be the end of drinking #water.

Even though Uruguay sits on top of one of the largest freshwater reserves in the world, the #GuaraniAquifer, the worst-case scenario happened: we ran out of drinking water where I live in the bustling metropolitan area of #Montevideo.
