Three options for #tor on #Android, all from #fdroid.
You have to activate the #guardianproject repo in settings first.

#orfox - Tor browser
#orbot - Rout all or a selection of your traffic through Tor.
Once installed, you con set F-Droid to get all its downloads using Tor.
#inviziblepro - includes Tor, #dnscrypt and #i2p.
Choose any preferred combination. I chose DNSCrypt on boot and activate Tor when needed or idle. Rotate to landscape to get a detailed overview.

It seems to me there's a gap in the app market for a "panic button" style app that you can configure to hide or wipe individual apps' or folders' data, or configure different behaviour to protect yourself, or wipe your device altogether, based on some input like a different lock-screen password or pressing the power button X times.
I'm saying this because the Ripple app from the Guardian Project only seems to work with a limited number of F-Droid apps, and others (such as Duress and Wasted) *only* wipe the whole device rather than individual apps or folders.
Seeing on the news that Russian checkpoints and patrols in Ukraine are stopping and searching civilians' phones is what made me wonder about this, what's already out there, and what I might do in that situation.

Wer einen Snowflake-Proxy unter Android laufen lassen will, kann sich die App #Orbot vom @guardianproject installieren und dort in den Einstellungen Snowflake aktivieren. Das Repository des #GuardianProject ist in @fdroidorg bereits hinterlegt, aber per Default nicht aktiv. /c

So, I just noticed that #exodusprivacy finds three trackers in #torbrowser. That's the version installed via tje #guardianproject repo on F-Droid.

One of them is "adjust", the other Google Firebase Analytics and the third Mozilla Telemetry:

...is that supposed to be like that? #Fennec works fine without them, so they should not be needed.

I don't understand TOR well enough ti know if these trackers may cause issues, but it certainly seems wrong.

There is so much great work out there do to.

But then you realise #Cloudflare can just destroy any attempt to do great work — it can even destroy a young, healthy athlete.

Its sad to learn that #TorProject are hostile to people who speak up against Cloudflare. When we say #grants are slightly #toxic this is the type of thing we mean.

Its pretty obvious that Cloudflare have #infiltrated #GuardianProject, and compromised them in some way.

I would really like to have a #HomeSurveillance system inside my apartment, except I haven't found yet a solution that is not based on either 1) buying a ready made tool that will upload live unencrypted footage to a poorly configured proprietary server owned by the camera-selling company 2) hacking something on my own patching together various howtos from random Raspberry Pi fan blogs and outdated official tutorials. I would be happy with #Haven from #GuardianProject - one camera is enough!

The latest #GuardianProject #Haven release from the #Google #PlayStore has a huge warning about removal of SMS notifications due to changes in Google policy. #Signal notifications will be used instead (that were already supported and recommended anyway) .
