133 followers · 683 posts · Server mstdn.socialWith the death of Tweetdeck today, which was a poor replacement for Hootsuite which I stopped using earlier this year when the price became prohibitive, I am pretty much completely done with Twitter.
The most difficult part of this is losing my local community online. #Guelph residents have/had a very active community on Twitter. I built a huge network of people, made a career out of that, and lifelong friends.
I love being here and meeting new people. But I miss my local community.

My favorite trail to walk in #Guelph #Ontario Canada is the #SpeedRiverTrail which goes through #Niska woods and along the #SpeedRiver. The Eastern White #Cedar #trees with the reddish bark, line the trail in some areas and provide not only a canopy along the path but wonderful #winter interest and contrast!

I think there is good potential for a house with a mix of permanent residents and more short term visits.

It was #CedarWaxwing heaven with the #cherries in abundance on the Sargent Cherry trees in #Guelph #Ontario Canada. The #Waxwings were eating them like they were candy and gulping them down like someone was going to take it from them!
