US DistCourt Judge Noreika pressed federal prosecutors & #HunterBiden’s #lawyers to come to some “meeting of the minds.” But that appeared unlikely, as the 2 sides said they did not see eye to eye about the precise terms of their own #PleaAgreement.
At one pt in the hearing, Biden’s atty declared there was #NoDeal. The judge urged the 2 sides to spend more time talking on Wed, in hopes that the #GuiltyPlea #hearing might be salvaged. If not, prosecutors could decide to press ahead toward #trial.
