A key aspect of our gun culture, is the broad, amplified commercialization and availability of firearms. At the risk of further enriching Ted Budd, I would argue that guns shouldn't be available at nation-wide, major retailers or in giant "gun show" expos. We should confine gun availability to stores as tightly controlled as porno stores.

The WM #GunMassacre was committed with a pistol, but firearm availability should be in the general discussion.

If you had a worry about giving your cell phone a cyber-STD by looking at porn and decided to buy porno mag or video in NC, you'd have to go to a very tightly controlled store. It would have to be away from a church or school. When you got there, you'd have to enter through a narrow passageway where they check your valid ID before buzzing you in. The ID would have to be current, valid, and show that you were of age.

We take porno more seriously than guns.
