Thanks. Yeh, LC is rotten, no doubt about it. I didn't have gut problems but I've seen plenty of people on Twitter who did. I don't know if you found anything that helps with those symptoms but I'm sure people on here and Twitter would have advice, if you need to ask.

Awkward #introduction. I'm a #gardening writer who doesn't want other gardeners to use peat or spray crap that kills bugs and makes everything else sick. I use my writing platform to promote ideas about #permaculture, #nativeplants, and #nontoxic approaches whenever possible. I used to do lots of community focused things but don't have that kind of energy anymore because of #sibo, #ebv reactivation, and #gutdysbiosis. #Ecodespair doesn't help either.
